My 70 Percent Life

In a world where women feel the pressure to ‘do it all’, to have an impressive career, the perfect marriage, children, be the best mother, daughter, sister and friend, to have a body to die for and an enviable Instagram-ready home, the huge societal pressure is real. Many women feel they are failing and suffering burn-out as a result.

As seen in The TimesMy 70 Percent Life offers a unique and thought-provoking answer to this problem. Remove the perfection pressure by consciously and unapologetically dropping 30 percent of balls and instead focus on the 70 percent, 100 percent of the time. It’s worked for Deborah and she can discuss how it can work for you. You can have it all – just not all at the same time.
