@gardeningwithlou Ad | This is officially the best way to eat veggies straight from the garden! Grill them on the @Ninja Kitchen Woodfire Grill and serve on top of hummus or whipped feta! Recipe below: You’ll need approx 500g veg, I used aubergine and courgettes but I’ve also done it with tomatoes, peppers, onions. Slice them into thin strips and in a bowl drizzle over olive oil, salt and a crushed clove of garlic. Grill for 3-4 mins on each side. For the whipped feta, in a blender add 200g feta, 150g Greek yoghurt, 1 large clove garlic, and 2 tbsp olive oil. Blend until smooth. Spread the whipped feta on a plate and top with the grilled veg, and an extra drizzle of olive oil. Sprinkle over whatever fresh herbs you have to hand, I use chives, thyme, mint or basil. #ninjawoodfire ♬ original sound – Louise’s Kitchen Garden
