Promotions at Northbank

As the agency enters its next phase of growth, Northbank Talent Management is delighted to announce two internal promotions.  

Elizabeth Counsell, currently Marketing & Communications Executive, will be promoted to Fiction Agent, and Natalie Christopher, currently Operations Executive, will be promoted to Film & TV Agent, effective 17th April.  

Northbank CEO Diane Banks says: “Both our fiction and book-to-screen businesses are growing at pace, particularly the latter: we’re now representing book-to-screen rights on behalf of other agencies as well as for our own clients. Elizabeth and Natalie know both the business and the market inside-out from their current roles, and have always gone above and beyond in suggesting new ideas and making new contacts. We are hiring for replacements for their existing roles.” 

Elizabeth and Natalie are looking forward to full schedules of meetings with editors, producers and scouts at the forthcoming London Bookfair. 

The news comes as Matthew Cole joins Northbank from Macmillan to head up the agency’s market-leading non-fiction business.
