Two novels by Victoria Scott published by Head of Zeus today

07/07/2022

Congratulations to Victoria Scott on a double publication day. The paperback of her incredible debut novel Patience is out from Head of Zeus today, along with the hardback of second novel Grace, both of which deal with difficult family situations with wit, nuance and warmth.

Based on Victoria’s family experiences, Patience tells the story of the Willow family, and Patience in particular, who has Rett Syndrome. As she is unable to communicate, the Willow family have to decide whether to enter her into an experimental gene therapy trial which could change her life.

Also inspired by a true story, Grace shines a light on the foster-to-adopt scheme, as both the biological and foster mother are desperate to keep custody of one very loved baby.
