Quadrille to publish A Good Day To Bake by Benjamina Ebuehi

We are delighted to announce that A Good Day to Bake: Simple Baking Recipes for Every Mood by Benjamina Ebuehi will be published by Quadrille on 3 March 2022. Former Senior Commissioning Editor Céline Hughes acquired world all language rights from Northbank’s non-fiction agent Martin Redfern.

A Good Day to Bake embraces simplicity, mindfulness and the therapeutic comforts of baking. The Great British Bake Off former contestant Benjamina writes so warmly about cakes and her recipes speak to a natural, seasonal and down-to-earth way of baking. The book contains 70 sweet and savoury recipes for any day of the week, led by flavour, and celebrates baking as a beautiful ritual that deserves to be enjoyed all year round, no matter the day, season or occasion.
