Benjamina Ebuehi’s debut cookbook The New Way to Cake published by Page Street Publishing


Benjamina Ebuehi’s debut cook book The New Way to Cake is to be published on Sunday 1st December, by Page Street Publishing.

Having reached the quarter-finals on the seventh series of The Great British Bake Off, Benjamina has gone on to work with award-winning social enterprise Luminary Bakery, as well as founding a female-focussed brunch club, The Sister Table. She teaches baking workshops, provides food styling services, and runs a blog called Carrot & Crumb.

Molly Yeh, author of Molly on the Range and host of Food Network’s Girl Meets Farm says: “Benjamina’s approach to cake is fresh and wildly exciting, yet so approachable that you’ll feel as if you’ve known these cakes forever.”

The New Way to Cake is available to pre-order now, and will be published on 1st December 2019.
