Page Street to publish Benjamina Ebuehi’s baking book

We are delighted to announce that Benjamina Ebuehi‘s first book, Modern Cakes for the Home Baker, will be published by Page Street Publishing. Benjamina was a Great British Bake-Off quarter-finalist and is currently a food stylist, recipe developer and ambassador for the social enterprise Luminary Bakery.

Modern Cakes for the Home Baker will focus on unique flavour combinations and unexpected ingredients. ‘I wanted to create a baking book that really celebrated flavours, bringing simple yet elevated cakes to the home baker,’ said Ebuehi. ‘With chapters ranging from Citrus to Floral there are new cakes to be discovered for every occasion, with tips on how to decorate and style in a fresh and modern way.’

Editor Rebecca Fofonoff acquired world all language rights from Northbank non-fiction agent Martin Redfern. Modern Cakes for the Home Baker will be published in Autumn 2019.
